Pat earned his undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University where he was named a Sexton Scholar and a Chancellor¦s scholar. Pat has garnered a wide range of professional experience having worked in building and facilities design, consulting, utilities, and manufacturing. In May 2012, he started the now-popular Engineering and Leadership blog, where he writes about front-line leadership for engineers, personal productivity, engineering education, and professional development.
