If you want to work in the consumer packaged goods industry, you’ll want to look at companies dealing with chemicals, perhaps even a pharmaceutical company. You will likely want to get involved in Product Marketing as opposed to Brand Marketing/Management given your background. This would get you involved in new product development and labeling. You may even get involved in some R&D. Keep in mind you may want to brush up on your writing and creativity skills.
