What length is needed between two welded fittings on a pipeline? View All
I have a pipeline, with two tees that need to be as close to each other as possible. Both are butt-welded. I know there needs to be a spool piece between them, but am unsure on the minimum length of this piece. It is a 24" pipeline carrying heavy crude.
