Who makes more money a cryogenics operator tech or a plant tech? View All
I was in the navy as a MM got out and applied for a job as cryogenics plant operator tech. But was offered plant tech. I have alot of mechanical engineer expiernce behind me and cryogenics expiernce to since the navy sent me to school for cryogenics plant operator tech. This is my first real job outside navy and don't really know which job would pay me more since they don't say the salery for either job.

Louis:

First thank you for your service to our country.

Now that you are headed out in to the civilian world it might serve you well to accept the position unless you believe that the salary being offered is less than what you need to support yourself.

Already having a job will put you in a better position to find a better job in the future.

For information on salaries you can go to Salary.com. There are also other similar sites on the web. All these sites will give you salaries for a variety of professions and locations.
