i want a project or guide lines to scale-up an aircraft for double size? View All
i have MSc project about redesigning an aircraft by mean of increasing payload ,rang and endurance , this can get by re-sizing the air frame and power plant selection to achieve the goal

To increase the payload weight capability you must increase the effective lifting surface or lifting efficiency of the wings. There are a number of ways ways to accomplish this. You need to look at the specifics of wing design to determine the best way to do this, which should be available in a text book on the subject.

Once you have determined how you are going to increase your overall wing lifting capability you will then be able to address the general airframe, engine, control surface, and other challenges (don't forget the need for extra fuel) .
